Greetings!

I wanted to share with you that this morning, March 3rd, we had an employee test positive for COVID-19.

Because this employee had previously tested negative on Monday AND that all our residents tested negative on yesterday, March 2nd, we feel this is an isolated case as well as having a low exposure risk.

Meanwhile, be assured that we will continue follow all state and federal guidelines to minimize risk. This will include the ongoing testing of residents every 3-7 days and staff being tested twice a week.

I want to emphasize that thanks to this twice weekly testing method, we feel we have caught it in the stages of the virus and have prevented any mass exposure to residents or staff. [Related: Our Care Under COVID]
